Shipments and returns

We ship country wide via means of The Courier Guy.
Rates for delivery are calculated on checkout before payment is required.

Rates start at R95 for Gauteng and R135 for National cities (Durban, Cape Town etc)

We do offer a free shipping option if the following criteria is met:
The free shipping options will only be available if there are no specials or discount currently running.

Gauteng –
Orders over R450 and under 15kg (livestock order excluded)

Nationally –
Orders over R1350 and under 15kg (livestock order excluded)

Some items may be too large to qualify for free shipping thefore a shipping charge will apply.

Outlying areas will also not qualify for free shipping and will be communicated with you if this applies, an additional payment might have to be made to cover delivery costs

Delivery is calculated on size, weight and destination.

This is all calculated on checkout before you are requied to make payment.

At any stage you are welcome to cancel your order.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via The Courier Guy with tracking.

Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Important Notice: Handling of Fragile Items

At RebelPets, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, we regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control once the package is handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee the condition of fragile items, especially glassware, during transit.

While we make every effort to securely pack your items, factors such as handling by the courier and unforeseen accidents may still pose a risk to the integrity of delicate products. Therefore, we advise against ordering or shipping glass items.

Please understand that RebelPets cannot be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
